Originally featured during the Main Street Electrical Parade, the Firefly Frito Pie has stuck around at Refreshment Corner beyond the parade’s run. At just under $5, it’s pretty filling, with fritos, chili, cheese, and jalapenos..

If you’re super hungry and can’t get enough Disneyland chili, try the Mac and Chili bread bowl.

Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor

This isn’t technically a secret but you can order an Orange Fanta float and substitute rainbow sherbet for the standard vanilla ice cream and it’s honestly life changing.

Galactic Grill

A nod to the In-N-Out Animal Style burger, the Alien Style at Galactic Grill comes with grilled onions, thousand island, American cheese, and fries on the burger. It’s messy but so worth it. If you’re lucky sometimes you can also get Alien style fries with the same cheese, onions, and thousand island, if the burger isn’t really your thing.

Candied. Bacon. Topping. That’s all I have to say about that.

Rancho del Zocalo

I’m not even joking, this burrito is bigger than my forearm. I’ve heard it called both the hidden burrito and the Zocalo burrito, but either way it comes with chicken, beef, carnitas, rice beans, red sauce, green sauce, and all the extras.

Golden Horseshoe

My seven-year-old self is screaming. The Golden Horseshoe’s secret Ice Cream Nachos come with three scoops of ice cream on top of crushed waffle cones, covered in hot fudge and a big ol’ whipped cream Mickey.

River Belle Terrace

River Bell Terrace has two kinds of secret loaded tots: Buffalo and Barbecue. Both come with pimento cheese and both are delicious.

If you’re in the mood for a carb fest, you can order an adult portion of the kid’s mac and cheese, served in a bread bowl. While you’re at it, try the bread pudding. It’s not a secret menu item but I feel like not enough people know about it.

Lamplight Lounge

Lamplight Lounge’s Lobster Nachos are the best thing ever and I was going to say I don’t know why anyone would skip on the lobster part, but apparently I forgot that shellfish allergies and vegetarians are a thing. You can swap out the lobster for chicken, steak, or grilled veggies or if you’re feeling fancy, order surf & turf nachos.

Cozy Cone

The Chili con Queso cone isn’t a secret but a lot of people don’t know that vegetarian chili is available if you ask for it.

Flo’s V8

As a Gemini, I am probably the most indecisive person ever. Luckily I can order a neopolitan shake at Flo’s so I only have to debate between that and whatever the seasonal option is.

White Water Snacks

White Water Snacks isn’t technically in the park, it’s at the Grand Californian, but if you’re at DCA and need a little break it isn’t far out of your way. The Carnitas nachos, carne asada fries, and carnitas fries from the secret menu are always awesome.
